Santa's Cottages LLC reserves the right to cancel or transfer any reservation in the event that the cottage becomes uninhabitable due to an act of God, fire, earthquake, or any and all unforeseen events that may occur to make the cottage uninhabitable.

Policies: No Pets Allowed, YET!
A change in the number of days of a reservation must be done 30 days prior to the reservation. If you drop 1 day a $40 cleaning fee will be assessed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellation and any changes to your reservation must be done by email. santascottages@psci.net. We will not take cancellation by telephone.
Any cancellations will be charged a $40 cancellation fee per cottage. To avoid being charged a 1 night stay, all changes and cancellations to your reservation must be done 10 days prior of your arrival date. If you cancel or change your reservation 2 days or less to your arrival date the full amount of your reservation will be charged. This includes any cancellations due to inclement weather.
RESORT NON SMOKING POLICY:
Smoking is not allowed in any of our cottages. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed on outside patio.
BOOKING POLICY
One night room will be charged at time of booking to secure your reservation.
After you submit this form, your request will be processed and you will receive your booking confirmation immediately.
The information entered into this form will be sent via a secure server.
ARRIVAL TIMES & CHECK OUT TIMES
Check-in is available from 4:00 - 6:00PM Central Time during the off-season. Please call to make arrangements to check in outside of these hours. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee of $30. This item can be added during booking, but is not guaranteed the day of arrival. Late check-outs may be available for an additional fee of $30; check with the resort office on your day of departure for availability.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. All times are central standard time.
TRAIN HOURS OF OPERATION
The train will run every Saturday 9 to 10 AM May till Memorial day weekend. The train runs every day except Tuesday and Thursday after Memorial Day till August 3. There is a $2.50 charge per person Memorial Day till After Labor Day.
AUTO-COLLECT
A deposit for the first night's stay is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase. A Resort fee of 12% of daily rate per cottage is charged at time of purchase.
